Residential solar systems are eligible for rebates and tax incentives of up to 45%  of the total system cost based on the system-specific design factors.

Receive a Free Online Solar Estimate to learn more about incentives in your area.

In many parts of the country, solar systems are property tax exempt.

Solar systems will increase your property value too.  If there are two identical homes side-by-side, the home with the solar system has an overall lower total cost of ownership thus producing a higher resale value for the property.  Also, homes with solar systems generally are sold faster than homes without solar energy.

Please contact Ecology electrical to learn more about CSI rebate levels in your area. Solar systems are also property tax exempt. They do increase the value of your property to potential buyers, but they legally cannot increase your property tax.

System Installation

Upon arrival of the solar panels and parts, professional crews will begin installing your photovoltaic solar system. Crews arrive each day and work in a respectful and courteous manner. They will leave the site clean each evening.

A typical installation will take 1-5 days depending on size and complexity.

Residential solar power systems can be mounted on the roof, ground, poles or other structures like patio covers and car ports.  The solar power panels are mounted on a racking system which is attached to the main structure.
