Position: Wholesale Sales

 

Qualifications:

 

1-2 years in sales required 1-2 years in the solar field a plus

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • -Efficiently fill, execute, deliver, confirm, and track orders according to each customer's needs. - Respond to customer inquiries, providing relevant and accurate information and solutions to issues.

 

  • Manage re-seller agreements, sales targets, distributor lists, pricing schedules, incentive campaigns, invoices, incoming payments, and orders.

 

  • Prospect for new customers; expand relationships with existing customers.

 

  • Study Ecology Electricals' products and procedures to effectively generate sales; be aware of sales department priorities, flexible with plans, and sensitive to customer service dynamics.

 

  • Provide knowledgeable, courteous service during internal and external calls. Respond to inquiries with accurate product information and follow-up on completed sales; coordinate with other departments to resolve sales issues.

 

  • Interface with the marketing department regarding outgoing distributor communications, distributor website maintenance, advertising, and new product updates; maintain up-to-date technical literature.

 

  • Coordinate sales events including trade shows, marketing campaigns, co-op programs, and conference planning.

Electrician:

As a Certified Electrician you will be responsible for the following duties:

 

  • Connecting wires to circuit breakers, inverters, disconnects, junction boxes, etc.

​

  • Installing or replacing wiring equipment and fixtures with the use of hand and power tools

 

  • Testing electrical systems. To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:

​

  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment

 

  • Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high quality work.

 

  • Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs4. Ability to bend conduit

 

  • Understanding of string configuration You also need at least 2 years of residential or commercial electrical experience.

 

  • You must also have a California State Electrical Certification. A C10 license is a plus. Must have a valid CA Driver's License. We will pay the right person top dollar for their skills.

Installer:

Ecology Electrical is seeking applicants to install residential grid-tied PV systems. In this position, you must be able to communicate job status data to the operations management, and ensure the completion of installation of all solar arrays/systems. It is the responsibility of every installer to ensure safe work practices for the installation team.

 

Job Requirements:

​

  • Pulling inventory for each installation job• Pre-assemble job components in the warehouse

 

  • Layout and assembly of solar modules / array and mounting hardware

 

  • Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment

 

  • Electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC)

 

  • Document completion of completed installation

 

  • Clean up of job site

 

  • Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety

 

  • Additional duties required as needed

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 3-5 years of roof work, general construction, or carpentry strongly preferred

 

  • 1 year of solar installation experience required

 

  • Proficient in installing all types of grid-tied inverters & able to work with various ground and roof mount racking systems

 

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs

 

  • Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces)

 

  • Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs and work on rooftop's Excellent customer service skills required

 

  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs

 

  • High school diploma or GED required

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills required

 

  • Understanding of the NEC codes that relate to PV installations

 

  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen

 

  • Must have a clean driving record (example- no DUI in the last 5 years)

 

  • Must have a valid state driver's license

 

  • Thrive in a team environment
